DPS Health Announces Changes to Executive Team

Organization is restructuring the executive team to reflect new

strategy to grow value of products and services

(LOS ANGELES, CA) September 7th, 2011 —DPS Health, a leading healthcare software company, announced changes to the executive team and organizational structure to reflect a new strategy for continued growth and the further development of its products and services. The strategy is designed to provide the same high-level of customer service partners have come to expect, while also preparing for an increase in the number of partners utilizing its online and mobile weight loss products. For example, DPS Health’s Virtual Lifestyle Management (VLM) service is used by dozens of healthcare organizations and thousands of patients. As part of this executive level restructuring, president Adam B. Kaufman, is leaving the organization to assume the role of General Manager, Healthcare Solutions at dLife (a LifeMed Media brand).

DPS Health and dLife have been in discussions to form a strategic relationship to leverage both organizations products and expertise for quite some time, and Adam’s move to dLife will accelerate talks of forming a strategic partnership between both organizations.
